My brother only plays this Fortnite on the laptop but what should we give him for Christmas if he only plays on the pc anyway?

I would give your parent a parenting guide. They neglect the child if they only let him play for hours. It would be like giving them an inexhaustible supply of chocolate. Of course, a ten-year-old stuffs with it fully. And so he will gamble for hours if you let him.
