Windows 10 fix loop bypass?

Since the day before yesterday I have not been able to access my PC / laptop, because no matter what I do in this repair mode, it says repeatedly that it can't be repaired ".

I tried to turn it off at the command prompt with 2 different commands.

Both of them said that it is now over, but it still appears when you turn it on.

I'm really desperate, I've tried all options, even a complete reset.

The only thing missing is to use a boot usb stick, but this is my only computer

As always with 89% of these errors, the system has to be set up again.

It is best to start the PC beforehand using an emergency DVD (https://computerservice-mtk.de/windows-rescue-live-v10/), save all important data on an external medium and set up the PC again.

Then adapt / configure WINDOWS 10 to the needs and then create a complete BACKUP using an appropriate program on an external HDD.

In the event of major problems, simply restore this BACKUP and the computer will run again within 30 minutes with all programs and settings as at the time this BACKUPS was created.

I have no other computer

You can "create" this DVD with any buddy PC - Internet cafe or other computer.
