Does anyone have experience with screen protector with blue light filter?

I'm thinking, for my laptop to buy a screen protector with blue light filter. Mitlerweile one knows so that one can sleep late by the PC worse sleep, with me I notice that too. Has anyone of you had such a thing and if so what experiences? Is the brightness still the same as without such a slide?

My phone has a night mode with blue light filter. Then everything is yellowish.

Is already pleasant at night and does not dazzle anyone who wants to sleep next to one.

But permanently that is annoying, because you just see photos or so very distorted.
