I just wanted to upload a Youtube video (laptop) and wanted to use a modified thumbnail. It said that I first have to confirm my YouTube channel. I did this. I went back to my video draft and it still says that I should confirm it. And when I click on "confirm", it says that my account has already been confirmed. Now I don't understand why I can't use modified thumbnails. Can anyone help me further? So far I have no violations of data protection or the guidelines…
You just have to wait a moment and reload a few times or simply download the draft again from YouTube and then upload it again.
