What I can say is it was quite cheap Atom x5 means the model I think
My first guess is in the battery.
The Atom X5 is just the processor…
Nothing worse than an ATOM. However, this should not mean that your monitor is flickering.
It is probably the power supply.
The cheapest would be to replace the power supply first and the battery in the second attempt.
What do you mean by power pack battery, I will renew thanks, but I do not know what power supply means?
This is the device that supplies the notebook with power (what you put in the socket).
