HP laptop screen flickers. What to do?

Love community. I have a problem with my HP laptop. My laptop flickers as shown on the picture it just happened that way I used my pc and then suddenly it flickered just as white as in the picture. What can I do about it or does anyone know how to fix it without getting it repaired?

Once you open it yourself, the warranty will be lost, so if you still have a warranty with HP, send it to us.

If not, you can googgle displayflimmern and look at solutions for laptops. Is probably a loose contact
