I had problems with my Acer laptop battery some time ago. The laptop only worked with a charging cable; as soon as you pulled it off, I sent it to the repair shop.
Now that I have it back this problem is gone. But the screen flickers more often.
I can't see a pattern for the flickering. It happens at irregular intervals. However, when it does happen, it flickers very often in succession and faster and faster.
Hopefully someone can help me.
Does it still flicker when the battery is out and is only connected to the power supply?
Is it still a laptop whose display still has an inverter?
The battery is permanently installed, so it can't be tested. I don't know if it has an inverter. The laptop is not old. It is an Acer Aspire 5 A515-52G-5859.
