Oh sorry, PDFs are like pictures… They're saved like that because they use less space and look the same on every computer.
Otherwise you can copy the text, paste it into a text editor, and then edit.
Take a look at the page of Adobe, I mean there are such services…
Paste the PDF into Word, edit it and remove any formatting errors.

If you always want to make corrections or changes, save the file in .docx format.
This does not work with PDF files from a scanner.
