Printer does not print text files correctly?

As you read in the title, I have problems with my printer. I have connected this printer to my laptop for a long time and for a long time, so I wonder why there are suddenly such problems.

If I want to press a text box, only a blank sheet comes out of the printer, but if, for example, the email is blue, it is normally printed on the sheet but the rest of the black font is not. Ink is not missing. I got the printer cleaned, but it still didn't work. And that only works with text files, with photos it works.

I tried to make the text file PDF and then print it, but the same result came out. I also tried different programs like WordPad, Textmaker, Word (online on the website). Slowly I really don't know what to do, I hope you can help me.

With color printing, the printer mixes the black color from colors if necessary. So try to print a colored text only in grayscale. If nothing comes, the black ink is all gone.

So I have now set it to gray and it worked, but I do not always want to have to print my documents in a dark grayscale, so there's only a short-term solution. By the way, your last sentence was unnecessary, because as I wrote in the question, the ink is full ^^

Not only can the black ink be all of them, the sponge in the cartridge may have dried out, channels may be clogged, the print head may be clogged, or it may be defective. If multiple cleaning does not work, I would try again if necessary to replace the cartridge and, if that does not help, possibly the print head (if you can replace it and it is not integrated in the cartridge) or hold the printer (can cheaper than a new printhead).

I'm assuming that your printer has cartridges according to the CMYK color scheme.
When printing text, are the settings for the printer you want to print on black and white? If so, and you can't get anything visible printed out, it could be due to an empty, defective K = black cartridge.
Have you ever tried a "status sheet test print" of your printer? You will get Also information on the "tank level" in the individual cartridges, possibly also on the print head or similar.
With everything, of course, I assumed that in your program (s) - even if you have connected the printer forever - this printer is actually displayed in the print setting.
