I ask here because I can't rate it at all.
Do you think Call of Duty Black Ops 4 would run on my Medion Akoya E6432 notebook on low settings with 60 fps?
The game Paladins runs on low settings also quite fluent.
It would actually be rather interesting to see the graphics card, since modern games just use this more than the CPU mentioned here. I'm assuming that your laptop has an Intel integrated graphics chip. In conjunction with your RAM, I would argue that BO4 may reach at least 25-30 fps on low settings.
I hardly believe that BO4 runs on it, since the notebook does not even have a real graphics card in it and also has too little RAM.
Here are the minimum system requirements:
Operating system: Windows 7, 64-bit or newer
Processor: Intel Core i5 2500k or AMD equivalent
Memory: 8 GB of RAM
Free hard disk space: 25 GB
Graphics card: Nvidia Geforce GTX 660 2GB / GTX 1050 2GB or AMD Radeon HD 7850
DirectX: Version 11.0
Network: broadband internet connection
Sound card: DirectX compatible
Maybe with a lot of luck, it will work like that. But on such a weak processor, with less RAM than at least required and no video card, I would not even expect 25 FPS on lowest settings in your place.
