I recently decided to stream a bit on Twitch.tv and the like. For this I have escaped for the popular program OBS Studio. My PC is a brand new 1600 euro gaming laptop. The datwn to the laptop would be CPU: Intel I7 8th Generation 6x2.2Ghz Ram: 16GB DDR4 G.Skill GPU: Nvidia Geforce GTX 1060 FHD 144Hz. I have a 16k line. Now the big problem. No matter what bitrate I set the stream no matter whether 1000 or 8000th But this is only the case if I go directly into the match in Bo4 … Before in the lobby of bo4 everything runs perfectly on the stream because he runs on 900p60hz but as soon as I enter match come in jerky it so that I have about 1 picture in the second in the stream… On my pc makes nothing noticeable only if I look at the stream on an external device, it just turns me on and a friend has me on it made aware that something is not working.
What do I have to do so that the stream or My recordings run?
Do not know me sooo good, but since only the "Stream" lays and not the laptop, I think it is due to a bad Internet line…
16k is not that much, and to stream over Wi-Fi, you can actually forget right away.
Runs over LAN
Hmm. Look in Task Manager under Performance in Ethernet for what upload you have.
If you have no idea please just leave. I have a 5k line and 1MB / s upload and everything works for me
I believe in an attitude error in obs
So 900p and then 60fps with a 16K is way too much. I once had a 16K and was able to stream very well in 720p 30fps with 1500 bitrate.

Yes?
CPU: Intel I7 8th generation 6x2.2Ghz Ram
First, you should know WHAT CPU you have here.
Since you have "only" a 16k line, you have too little upload, and therefore the stream is also because you. For 1080p @ 60 or in your case 900p @ 60 you need at least. Nen upload of 6 Mbit or 10.
Since most 16.000er lines "only" has an upload of 800 kb / s something, even for 720p your Internet is not enough.
