A very old DualCore CPU and the built-in GPU is not much better (but better (which is not difficult)) than the iGPU of the Intel CPU.
Is the laptop good?

Mobile CPU too old and too weak. Not a good compromise, even with a Radeon graphics card.
Take a look at Lenovo Think Pad E595, that's better.

And I find it too expensive
No use if a Radeon is with (Toshiba model). Likewise, the integrated graphics units at Intel are so bad either way that it is not worth insisting on. An AMD APU (AMD CPU with integrated graphics unit) is light years ahead in terms of graphics performance. Not least because Vega GPU models are already installed, whereas integrated graphics at Intel have zero chance.
An older desktop version shows you what it can do and you will find plenty of it in the mobile area at AMD!
