Horrorgame name

Sooo basically I've seen a video before forever. It was a let's play part of a horror girl. Problem is I just can't find it anymore.

The story went something like this:

You play a detective or something like that in a deserted room. In this room is a computer or laptop that you can operate. If you access the PC you come to a DarkNet website where you can play in a game.

In doing so, one votes on a lifestream from whether a kidnapped person you do not know to save or kill should be. Clue is that there are a lot of these viewers.

I really want to watch something about the game again, but as I said before, I can't remember the title.

If anyone has an idea, please answer.
