Take a look at the Lenovo ThinkPad E range. A lot of power and battery life, good keyboard and Office are available for about 5 euro per month as a cloud application, alternatively, there's the free Libreoffice.

I bought a used Lenovo ThinkPad X230 with 8 GB RAM, 240 GB SSD, Windows 10 Pro for 190 euro. The new cost a lot of money, so that the manufacturer can afford to build a decent housing. A new one for 200 euro, however, is certainly a rattle box.
The shop is also on Ebay, but I preferred to go to Heidelberg and looked at the device before buying.
