My laptop keyboard lighting suddenly went off and on again and then the keyboard stopped working. I reinstalled the driver and tried the keyboard in safe mode. Both without success. The keyboard only works in the BIOS / UEFI. Anyone have any idea how to fix the error before I have to reset the laptop?
What operating system do you use?
And I guess it's not an external keyboard, right?
Sorry, totally forgotten. Windows 10, is a built-in keyboard. I once connected an external one and it didn't work either
I also had the problem the only thing that helped me was reset the PC but keep documents and data and reinstall the apps and games. (If you should have a second hard drive, you should disconnect it first)
