Laptop can't be fixed, what's the problem?

Our laptop is 5 years old and we have always had problems, but it can always be repaired otherwise. If our laptop didn't work, there was always a blue screen, it started again and then it went again or it started again and then there are these options. This time you have to press CTRL + Alt + Del and we would never have had that. I pressed it and it came out about 1-5 times and then everything was black. You have to wait about 30-60 minutes. Then the diagnosis of the PC is carried out and then came the blue screen. We tried the options but didn't really work. Do you know the problem or a solution how to fix it?
