Make PC Miracast capable with WLAN Stick?

I have the following problem: I want to extend my PC screen to a laptop. The problem is that my PC doesn't support Miracast. Does this work with a WLAN stick or do I need something specific?

Do you want to use the laptop as a 2 monitor? It's so nice

miracast has a huge delay but rather use VNC or an RDP connection if you only want to control the other with one device
