Use Whatsapp Web Version if Whatsapp is not available on the mobile phone?

My parents always block WhatsApp for me with Family Link in the evening and I would still like to not be able to write with friends on my laptop. The problem is that Whatapp on the mobile phone has to be connected to the internet while there's some way to use Whatsapp in a different way without having it open on the mobile phone. I saw the possibility of only having Whatsapp on the PC, but that is only possible if the number is not connected to any other Whatsapp account. Is there another possibility?
