WhatsApp chat transfer does not work, what to do?

Have since yesterday a new phone and want to keep my old WhatsApp chats! However, I can't get it and have tried every method. First, I have quite normal as it is usually specified the Google Drive backup trying to restore the new phone, but that could not be restored, for whatever reason… Then I tried to make myself smart on the Internet, there was then I should the WhatsApp file Pulling folders from my old phone over to the new one, I did that and reinstalled WhatsApp, but it did not help to see exactly the same empty group chats. Then I looked again in the old phone to see if you can save the backup elsewhere, but have found nothing. Then I completely deleted WhatsApp and the corresponding folder on the internal memory of the old phone. (But still have the whole WhatsApp files folder on my laptop) Then I re-installed WhatsApp on the new phone again, but did not go again. Such a back and forth… Now your help is needed, I would be happy about solutions! Or is it too late?

Sounds like Android bone, you can't make a backup of the whole device and play on the new device? This is how it works on iOS and works fine.

Did a small data transfer, but only the apps were played over, but not the associated files, so I had to sign up everywhere new and it was the same with WhatsApp and then started the whole mess, as described above.
