Cell phone, Mate 10 lite broken?

My cell phone Huawei Mate 10 lite did the tackle tonight. The battery ran out, I was on FB, display: battery empty, phone switches off in 30 seconds. Known thing. Put away from FB and cell phone, turned off shortly afterwards. A few minutes later the mobile phone is connected to the charging cable but not switched on. Half an hour later I wanted to switch on, the power button was pressed for a long time until there was a short vibration, then the cell phone actually started up, Huawei emblem, then typed in the pin, you know it. Unfortunately, there was nothing at all, and the loading lamp was not lit either. Another charging cable is also not possible. The only thing the cell phone does now is that a compl. The green display appears with a red and a blue square on it and the mobile phone vibrates slightly shortly afterwards. Have already looked at various forums, the symptom is apparently known, but somehow nobody could offer a solution. Now I have emailed the Huawei support, want to get in touch. You know, the broken cell phone is not the problem, a new one is quick to get, but on the current one I have a lot of things on it, countless photos, contacts etc. And what you can do with it. The contacts can be scratched again, Whatsapp and FB are quickly reinstalled on a new cell phone, but the photos, OMG! Now my question to you: does anyone know the reason and a solution for the malfunction on my cell phone and secondly, if the cell phone is actually gone, there's somehow a way to at least somehow save the photos. I have a broken laptop the hard drive removed and the important things pulled down with a special cable, something like that should work here, right? I would be very happy to receive your answers.

I think that only the hard reset can help, but unfortunately all data is lost, but you can see if you can save the data via PC.

Thank you very much for your answer. Hard reset is unfortunately not an option if my photos are gone and I can't pull them over to the PC, since the cell phone does not start up and therefore the PC does not recognize the cell phone, I have already tried that.
