I have a problem like this:
I bought a new laptop from Euronics, after which I used this home, only noticed after about 2 weeks that the screen had pixel errors, unfortunately these were only recognizable as soon as it was completely darkened in a room and you set the background of the screen to black (thus, defects were already shown when purchasing but only recognized later). I then sent it in via Euronics and after 4 weeks (according to the repair report) the screen was allegedly changed. After I received the new laptop, I put this home back into operation and I noticed that the same errors were still there. The next day I went back to the store and had it sent back. Almost 8 weeks have passed and I haven't received anything yet.
My question is what can i do?
I would like to withdraw from the contract immediately and ask for my money back, because the service of the staff is a joke that is simple and bad and I no longer feel like buying something there.
In the last 2 weeks I have called Euronics several times and asked where my laptop is supposed to be, it would still be in repair.
A few days ago I was fed up and got the number from the workshop where the laptop should be repaired. According to the employees, this has already been sent out. It is now July 11th and I still have no further knowledge.
I used the laptop for almost 2 weeks and the rest of the time it was in repair. This brings me to my next question
I also took out insurance when I bought these laptops and have paid monthly since the amounts.
Can I claim my money back here? Since the repair actually runs through the manufacturer (guarantee)?
I would be very grateful for helpful contributions!
