I'm playing Fortnite on my laptop this one is pretty old but still has relatively new hardware (12Gb ram, intel i7-4510U 2.6Ghz and Gtx 850M) but still running all games only on low settings does anyone have a guy what i like or why

That's my opinion and does not have to be commented.
This is due to point one on your GTX850m, this is unfortunately very mau. You can't compare a GTX850m with a desktop variant. There's also a DDR3 version which makes this even worse. But even if you have the DDR5 variant, it really does not belong to the rockets.
On top of that, your i7-4510u is just a dual-core CPU and it's running low.
In the sum of things, it is probably due to the "bad" hardware. Must live with the low attitude. I think 760p and setting low should be 50fps possible.
In the future, if you're reading the system requirement of games by, you can equate your i7-4510u with an i3-4130. And your gtx850m with a GTX 560 but only if your GTX850m is the DDR5 variant. If it is the DDR3 variant then about a GT-730.
