Trekstor laptop hangs while typing?

I have a problem with my Trekstor laptop. When I want to write something, my laptop hangs up until the word is there, it takes about 3 minutes. I already reset the laptop, but it still hangs.

First of all, rule out a hardware defect, so try an external keyboard.

If that's not the problem, use a writing program that requires less power. A normal text editor, for example, is suitable for test purposes.

If that doesn't work either, consider switching to a more economical operating system. You probably have Windows on it, you can try it out with GNU / Linux, Lubuntu is a classic for such cases, needs little performance but still offers everything a normal desktop system should offer and is very beginner-friendly.
