I found an ibm thinkpad laptop in my grandpa. I think it is a 2611 because it says "Type 2611" on the back. When I started the laptop there were only red pixels that moved.
I looked on the internet and there someone said that it is normal to start with an empty battery. (My battery was empty too).
My question: how do I get the screen to run wilder normally? And is that the problem from the Internet with my model?
Thanks in advance!
If this is really the case - which I doubt - switch off the device again, if possible remove the battery briefly (1-2 minutes) and reinsert it and then charge (leave) long enough and then restart.
Does not spark but thanks anyway
