Problems when transferring images (mobile to PC)?

I recently found my old Nokia lumia 800 and wanted to pull the pictures from the phone onto my laptop. Unfortunately, I noticed that the phone strangely only the laptop can load, but I can't continue to access it.

Does anyone know what I can do?
