Transferring images to a laptop is not possible?

I absolutely have to transfer a few (many) pictures and videos to my laptop to get more storage space again. However, I have some problems with it because always a certain error message comes. If I'm lucky it works anyway or at least partially, but today I could not transfer a single picture.

What can I do or what am I doing wrong?

I do but that takes incredibly long, especially with the videos and if the transfer then breaks off after 10 minutes is totally annoying; - ;;

Use another transmission cable and remove the sd card and use an adapter

The error is either on your cable your connection to the phone or your connection s.PC

Try to delete the driver and then re-instal the device
