I bought a new hard drive for my Medion Akoya E7222 because the old one is greased and I couldn't start the laptop at all. Now I have inserted the new hard drive and this error message appears. I have already searched for something on the Internet and changed the "Boot Prioroties". Unfortunately, this did not help much. Maybe someone knows their way around here and can still save my laptop.
