I'm looking for a good and affordable laptop for my graphic design training.
I work with the Adobe Creative Cloud programs (InDesign, Illustrator, Photoshop).
Then I would have to advise against notebooks. As far as the color fidelity is concerned, the displays are usually unusable, even with higher quality devices. As little as I think of it, the Apple devices are actually still in the best position here, but in terms of price they are miles away from cheap.
If it absolutely has to be a laptop, I would have said consider 300-400 euro and buy a decent monitor that you can work on properly.
My advice:
Don't skimp on your laptop. That is your most important tool in training. I have a MacBookPro from 2018 with 16GB of working memory and for larger projects the AdobeCloud brings it to its knees.
It's not fun on a slow computer.
