What should I consider when buying a notebook?

I would like to buy a notebook soon, which is mainly used for Java programming. But I'm still not sure which processor to choose, or whether 8 GB of RAM are enough. I look forward to your advice.

Unfortunately I don't know the processor either, but I think 8GB should be enough.

If you are programming with java you should actually be familiar with it. I recommend at least an i5 or i7 from the 8th generation or a Ryzen 3500U or better e.g. Ryzen 4800H. 8GB RAM or 16GB is a must, Full HD screen
