How can I adjust the volume / volume keys on the used laptop?

I got a used laptop from a relative in which the Fn keys 10, 11, 12 are labeled Noisier Volume Up (blue symbol on keys) but they do not work. Other keys do not work for louder quieter either. It was once a program installed on the PC, with which the PC should be accelerated. I uninstalled it but it does not work. What can I do? As far as I know, I can't do anything with Sharp Key.

Renew driver.

Try Linux to boot, and see if you can regulate the volume under Linux. If so, it's because of Windows. At worst, I would rewrite Windows.

What did the relative answer to your question? What is in the manual?

gl

Relatives: Also has no idea

Manual: nothing

Is a Medion Akoya 6234, on the website http://www.medion.com/de/service/_lightbox/treiber.php?msn=30014696&prod=MEDION%20AKOYA%20E6232%20(MD%2099070)%20A-DE%20N

I now only find an audio driver. Since it is probably due to the keyboard, I do not know now what to do.

I found a hotkey driver: https://www.medion.com/de/servicebackend/_lightbox/treiber_details.php?did=9759

I went to the following page for this: https://www.medion.com/de/service/topic/medion-products

There you will find in the section "Help from the community" under "Downloads" the driver option and can search there for a model.

And you probably mean an E6234. After that, I searched, whereupon I also displayed a variety of drivers.

However, there are other model names in the description, but there may be a variety of drivers for a variety of models.

But you could for safety's sake again look at the prompt, which model you will be displayed there. Maybe you will get a more precise name.
