Volume Windows 10 always at 100?

Since then, the volume of my laptop always automatically turns to 100 - when I use the volume key or mute, the volume indicator flickers as it constantly changes between 100 and 99 or X. Even when I try to turn down the volume in the volume mixer, it returns to 100, just as if I were constantly pressing the volume up button. This is not dirty or similar, I have already checked.
