Screen transfer from WIndows to MAC?

Beautiful good day,

I would like to access my Mac in the company from a Windows 10 notebook via VPN (Yes I know from Apple notebook to Mac would be easier)

Vpn is not a problem but the access to the screen makes me to create. I activated the screen transferring with vnc with the Mac and forgiven a password. Now I tried eg VNC Viewer and it works, however the resolution is bad because everything is very small. The NB is a 16 inch and the Mac screen I believe 24 or more. Are there any programs that manage to represent the whole handsome?
