I have when I use a browser the most when I update it that my Internet crashes and I also get a high ping. I've never had anything like that even when I use WLAN I have to say that I simply never had such problems and I also from the router I'm about 5 meters away and I have a 25K line or 50K but only 25K arrive. I also called my provider and was sent to the specialist department. They said everything was fine. I don't know what to do and so I want to reset my laptop yes a virus on it but it is very strange that it has the same problem with my 2 laptop but I will have to test it again longer so my 2 laptop to really be able to determine that it is due to the Internet and not to my notebooks but as described above I wonder if it is enough to just use the setting on Windows 10 (reset to factory settings) or if I would rather do it with a CD oll?

Since you certainly do not live alone in the hallway, the conditions may have changed.
Check in the router what is coming from the provider - if it is too little, then to the provider.

If only the WLAN signal has deteriorated, check whether there's new strong WLAN nearby - possibly change the channel or the frequency band manually.

I recommend reinstalling Windows 10 cleanly. To do this, download the Media Creation Tool from the Microsoft website. You can use it to create a Windows 10 USB boot stick.

After you have created the stick, simply boot it and follow the instructions of the installer. It offers the possibility to delete everything. You do not have to enter the Windows 10 product key, it is permanently integrated in the UEFI / BIOS. The laptop is restarted several times during installation. After completing the installation and starting Windows 10 for the first time, simply log in again with your Microsoft account. Windows 10 will then be reactivated automatically.

The last step is to go to the manufacturer's website for your laptop. Download and install the drivers there. You can do this simply by double-clicking after the download.

If your other laptop already has the same problems, try it with your mobile phone. If the same thing happens, then you can be sure that either

Neighbors with their network in between
Interfere with other devices on the same frequency

Otherwise, restart your router or try using the 5 GHz WLAN.
