Why does my ledge crash?

I have the following problem: I have been playing Sims 4 on my laptop for 5 years and it has always worked very well so far, I also use a lot of cc but so far it has also worked well. Now for a short time, whenever I go to live mode on Sims, it always crashes after 2 minutes (no matter what I do). But when I'm creating a Sim mode, it always works perfectly. I have already tried to sort out my mods because it may be just a broken cc. But it still crashes every time. Do you have any suggestions?

I had this problem too (but with Sims 3). So I have three options. Either you are waiting for the next update or you simply call customer support. The most radical solution would be to simply uninstall the game, but then (I think) the saves will be gone.

Have you already tried to fix the game via Origin? Otherwise take all Mods & CCs from the corresponding folders, clear the caches and try again.
If a mod or CC turns out to be the culprit, you can halve the files and always test half, so you may find the culprit and delete it.

Have you checked whether your computer / laptop meets the requirements? They have changed for Sims 4 after certain expansion packs.

Where can I look it up?

On your computer, you can look this up in the Control Panel: Open Control Panel, under PC & Devices open the PC information. Or call the system information directly in Win10.
You can just google what requirements Sims 4 needs. Just search for "Requirements Sims 4 * insert your last EP / GP / AP here *" - Example: Requirements Sims 4 to the university
