If you define performance by clock rates and similar numbers on paper, I'm over-hyped. If you define performance after working hours, which serves the work completely: No, there's no alternative.

Except, of course, to buy from another dealer. The device you describe is available at Cyberport for 2963 euro, at Mactrade for 2930 euro. Almost identical, but "only" with 16GB of RAM, it costs 2305 euro for Mactrade and 2408 euro for Cyberport.

P.S.: It's not a Mac Pro, it's a MacBook Pro. These are 2 completely different devices.
