Can you play Among Us on a laptop?

I wanted to know if Among Us would work on my laptop without lags. My laptop is a bit older. He can usually run Minecraft 1.8.9 and 1.9 quite smoothly after a certain playing time. I also played LOL a couple of times which worked out halfway. Would Among Us work without lags?
