Are you at vodafone I think they're blocking the address.
You can try to enter a specific DNS server on your laptop such as 1.1.1.1 (Cloudflare) or 8.8.8.8 (Google). It does nothing other than resolve the domain name on other servers. If necessary, you can also store them in the router.

The answer is:
You have to switch off the IPv6 function in your network adapter.
If you did that, the website will be "recognized" again. If it should still be "blocked", simply change the DNS as the others have already described.
