I connected my headset to my laptop today, but the microphone is not recognized. Everything works on the PS4. I thought because my laptop has only one port, it works with the headset. I have the adapter that shares the cable, but it is of no use if I only have one connection. XD
Can someone help me there?
You can see in the audio driver whether the device is recognized correctly.
To do this on Control Panel, select the view in which all programs are listed and then on the Realtek HD Audio Manager (usually). Then you can see if it is recognized.
Can also look under the Windows settings for the microphone if something is coming and the level is set correctly.
