Can you name good laptops for less than 350 euro?

Thanks in advance.

No, that does not exist. For office programs you can look from around 500 euro. For gaming, I would stay away from under 1000 euro.

350 for this you get a good paperweight with which you can still type it, man, that's it.

Maybe look for a used one, there's certainly a little more to get out of but don't expect miracles for the budget.

There's no such thing as a good laptop for this price. If you buy a Medion from Aldi for just under 400 euro, you probably have the best price-performance ratio.

With your low budget, I might think about a used and / or refurbished notebook. For example, a Lenovo ThinkPad from the T series. I now own several of them and I'm still more than happy with them. I shot two of them on eBay for just 60 euro.

Ultimately, it also depends on the hardware requirements. In the price segment mentioned, you will only get a weak new device. These models are usually not the best in terms of workmanship either. That should actually be clear, since the manufacturer is saving somewhere.

With a little luck, you can get good used and / or refurbished notebooks for well under 500 euro, which are completely sufficient for office and internet. Even if you don't have the latest hardware, it is still completely sufficient for activities such as office and surfing.

For the price, you get a Chromebook. The Google Play Store is also there so that Android apps can also be installed on it. Chromebooks run so extremely quickly because the Chrome OS operating system is tailored to the built-in components.

For example that: https://www.amazon.de/...08JRDSJ29/

Word, Excel, Powerpoint, OneNote, Microsoft Teams are also available as Android apps.

You can also print with a Chromebook. For this you need a wireless printer. Then all you have to do is install the printer brand's app via the Google Play Store. If you have a multifunctional device you can also scan with the app.

You can also activate Linux on Chromebooks. Then you have a Debian console and have the option of installing Linux applications via the package management.

In your answer you are talking about used laptops for 60 euro… You can of course do that, but then you shouldn't be surprised if the laptop gives up the ghost after half a year.

And I suspect that if you have a budget of 350 euro, you don't want to just throw 60 out of the window to see if you were lucky with the purchase. Is my opinion and in my job I could not answer for such a recommendation. But as I said: you can of course be lucky - personally, I wouldn't risk it.

My answer is not just about any notebook, but about a special model. My oldest ThinkPad has been in use for almost 5 years now, the others have been running for about two years without complaining.

Of course, you can always be unlucky, but the ThinkPad models from the T series are damn robust and can withstand a lot. This is exactly why it was mentioned here as an alternative to buying a new one. Especially since there are also refurbished devices.

By the way - in my T420, which I last bought on eBay classifieds for 60 euro, a new original battery was already installed, to my surprise. All of them have been doing their job well since then.
