Hey people I've downloaded sims on my laptop, but I can't start the game because my graphics card is probably too old. I just wanted to listen to what I needed for one and where to get it.

These are the minimum requirements for Sims 4 to run. Laptops cost a lot if you want a good graphics card. Since laptops are designed for mobility, it will not be possible to install a graphics card there. Because it would not fit in. Either you get yourself a very overclocked laptop with a graka or PC.
