Fan from laptop rattles quietly what to do?

As of today, my fan makes a noise like that of a fan and I wanted to ask how to fix it (without unscrewing the laptop) and is it dangerous?

Had to screw on

Open the laptop and clean it, or see if something is loose

Could be something stuck in between and that's why this noise comes.

The only thing that helps is to open up and check.
