Laptop only records sound very quietly?

Unfortunately, my laptop records audio very quietly, even if I try headphones.

Since I initially thought that I could fix it by searching the Internet, I did this too, but was quickly disappointed.

Neither on my, nor on the second laptop (the same model), is an error recognizable when you click on troubleshooting, and the volume of the playback has not decreased.

Since I and the owner of the second laptop will soon have video conferences with the class, we would quickly need a solution!
