Laptop beeps when the mouse is moved?

I have the problem that my laptop beeps again and again as soon as I move the mouse. I've noticed that if I don't move the mouse for a moment, and then again, that it beeps. While I keep moving the mouse, it doesn't make any noise. However, this only happens when I'm really working with a PC mouse, when I'm working with the touchpad there are no sounds.

Does anyone know why that is?
