Laptop for under 400 euro?

I'm currently looking for a laptop for under 400 euro

I'm a student and I want a fast laptop that looks (reasonably) smart and sturdy. I do not want to play games, so I put more emphasis on design and fast working (SSD).

It would be nice if you could help me a little!

400 euro is not much.

Thanks, I think I'll take the HP G7 with a Ryzen 3 2200U, as I've had good experiences with HP and Ryzen

There's only FreeDOS, no Windows 10, no Linux. Do you have to install then?
