When does my lease on items end?

I rented a notebook on 11/10/20 and the contract only states a minimum term of 3 months, the notice period is 2 weeks.

So my contract would expire on 02/10/2021 right? And would my last deadline be canceled on 01/27/21?

Now I'm not sure whether the tenancy ends on the exact day or at the end of the month?

I already had a contract that started in the middle of the month but ended 1 year later on the 30th of the month of termination.

You have to cancel at least 14 days in advance (in writing). But you can do that now. But then you should ask for confirmation. That is often "forgotten"

The contract does not end on its own at all. It is closed for an indefinite period and must therefore be terminated if it is to end.

At the earliest, a termination is possible on 02/09/21. Then the 3 months are up. Since the notice period is 2 weeks, you have to cancel at least 2 weeks in advance. If the termination is received 1 day later, the contract will run for one day longer. That can only be terminated at the end of a month is not written there. This is not regulated by law when renting movable objects.
