Problem with RStudio, ordinal number was not found?

I have a problem with R Studio.

I had R Studio installed on my laptop a while ago. Everything went well. But then I was unfortunately forced to do a new installation. Since then, the error has always appeared at the start. (See photo)

I have already tried to remove faulty garbage files with programs like IObit Uninstaller etc. But no matter how often I reinstall R Studio, R itself or Rtools, this message always appears.

Can anyone help?

I can e.g. Do not use the "runif" function. "Command not found" always comes up.

Versions do not fit together, i.e. Software expects a different version of the DLL.

Does R work in itself? RStudio is just a practical environment for it.

Yes at R everything works.

The funny thing is this: The same versions are supposedly installed on my fixed computer and everything works.

Hm. I see you are using R Open, the distribution from Microsoft. I have never done it myself (nor have I ever used R on Windows), but why not download the original R from CRAN? It may be that RStudio and R Open somehow impose themselves.

Allegedly, working with MRAN should be faster and better. That's why I chose MRAN at the time. But now I'll try CRAN first
