Additional product information
The performance of this laptop is at the bottom of what will satisfy you for a long time. It's not just the hard drive itself that matters, the processor and memory are also important components so your PC is not a "lame cucumber". If you have already purchased or given this laptop, I estimate it to be around 200 to 300 euro cheaper. In 2019 I would advise you to take a processor with 4 cores and 8 threads (Hyperthreading), 8 GB of RAM and at least a 256 GB SSD, better 500 GB or more. But with Intel HD Graphics, you can't do things like lavish image editing and video editing. Here it can help to make sure that the device has a Thunderbolt 3 connector, so you can then connect an external graphics card if necessary and then do those things. But if you already know for sure that you do not need the latter, then you can do without it well.
Now the question is what budget you have, I go from 300 to 400 euro. For this you will get a laptop with which you can make quite good office, but I would make sure that you have a SSD with 256 GB and 8 GB Ram. With the processor you have to cut corners, here you will not get a quad core with hyperthreading, but a "real" quad core without it. For this I have picked out this laptop:

If you can go to 500 euro, then look at this laptop:

However, this does not have a Thunderbolt 3 port, so if you want to be able to use your laptop in the future for larger tasks, then tell me in a comment. I will also look out again and then if necessary give notice here.
I hope I could help you! If you have any further questions, then just write a comment ;-)
Then asked differently. At home I have a gaming laptop with 17 "because I only use for home. (For everything except games😉).
I just need a "typewriter" on which Word and Excel are running, where I can connect my external hard drive, is a little smaller and I can take as a secondary device for training
A Linux distribution as an operating system would run faster than Windows 10. I recommend Lubuntu. This is an official Ubuntu devirat only with the difference that Lubuntu uses the LXDE desktop. Otherwise it is 100% compatible with Ubuntu. A full installation of Lubuntu takes up less space than a Windows 10 installation.
Here is the download of the ISO: http://cdimage.ubuntu.com/...-amd64.iso Then write the ISO with this tool https://www.balena.io/...io/etcher/ on an empty USB stick.
Insert the stick, turn on the laptop, press F2 immediately. Now you are in UEFI. Deactivate the secureboot there and put the stick first in the boot order. Save and exit. There's a reboot and the stick is booted. Now you can start the installation. The installer sets up the WLAN immediately. To do this, have network keys ready. He also offers the opportunity to flatten the SSD. I recommend a full installation. Then Firefox, LibreOffice (which can also process Microsoft Office documents), multimedia components and tools will be installed. One should also put the hook with third-party software. Then the Microsoft fonts are also installed.
When the installation is complete, the system restarts. In the taskbar, the update manager logs. One should install these updates. The updating can also be completely automated so that it runs in the background.
If you need the Flashplayer go to Start menu> System tools> LXTerminal. Enter the following command and conclude with Enter:
sudo apt install flashplugin-installer -y
This installs a script that always automatically downloads and installs the latest Flashplayer from the Adobe page. This saves you from having to do it manually.
How to install programs: Start Menu> System Tools> Software. This is operated like an Appstore. Here you will find, for example The VLC player.
Sometimes you have to install programs that are not in package management. Such programs exist for Ubuntu and the Devirate as a deb file. These are installation packages that can be easily installed by double-clicking. Here are some examples:
Skype: https://go.skype.com/...nux-64.deb
Youtube downloader and converter: https://www.4kdownload.com/de/products/product-videodownloader
If any new versions come up, Lubuntu Update Manager will report this and provide an update. You do not have to do anything manually. If you have automated the actualization, you do not have to worry about anything.
Lubuntu goes off on a Celeron like a rocket and barely scrapes on system resources. Windows 10, on the other hand, is a lame duck.
Libreoffice runs much faster than on Windows 10.

I would just try that with the Lubuntu on the laptop with the Celeron.
If you plug in an external hard drive under Lubuntu, an icon automatically appears on the desktop and you can then double-click it.
