Intel Turbo Boost or AMD Turbo Boost?

I'm looking for a new laptop after a long time but mostly I find almost only those with Turbo Boost where I keep in mind that if the processor overclocks itself too often and then eventually overloaded and break faster or are the extra on it designed for overclocking! I've never had one with Turbo Boost!

That's normal today. If the cooling is insufficient, the turbo is not used and is good.

The turbo was specially set up by the manufacturer.

Does not harm the CPU.
