I have the Kraken Kitty headset and the chroma (the bright colors) have stopped working for a few days.
Yes, I tried to restart the app - it didn't work. The funny thing is: Razer opens just like Discord and Steam when my laptop starts up. But when I close Razer Synapse (close completely), the headphones light up in this standard white tone.
I can't change the color because otherwise I would have to open the program and the color would go out again.
I've also been to Razer Support and checked to see if anyone had the same problem, but unfortunately I couldn't find anything.
