WLAN only possible if modem resets?

I only get Wi-Fi when I reset my modem on my new laptop… Does anyone know how I can fix this? It's a bit stressful to always have to run to the modem

There are no Wi-Fi modems.
Your problem could be due to it.

I think everyone knows what kind of technical device it's contextually related to. Especially since WLAN modems do not exist anyway.
